What to do in case of an Emergency?
> Stay calm > Identify the nature of the emergency: road accident, heart attack, building on fire  and so on > Identify the exact physical location of the icident, nearest corner or landmark > Contact an emergency number (see below for details) > Give your name and contact details > Provide details about the incident, and any possible details or suspects. > Stay on the line as much as possible to  answer operator’s questions
